Sales & Production Team Lead

Graphix Signs & Embroidery – Holland, MI

Graphix Signs & Embroidery is seeking a highly motivated Sales & Production Team Lead/Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role combines graphic design, customer sales, project management, and team leadership. We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with customers, leading projects, and helping drive the success of the business.

What You'll Do

Sales & Customer Relations

  • Build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Consult with customers to understand their signage, apparel, branding, and marketing needs.
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, and project recommendations.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to help grow sales.
  • Ensure customers receive an exceptional experience from initial inquiry through project completion.

Leadership & Workflow Management

  • Help lead daily operations and maintain an efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate projects between sales, design, production, and installation teams.
  • Prioritize work orders and communicate deadlines.
  • Assist in training and supporting team members.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase productivity.

Graphic Design & Marketing

  • Create designs for signs, vehicle graphics, apparel printing, embroidery, banners, and promotional materials.
  • Prepare production-ready artwork and files.
  • Manage social media content and marketing initiatives.
  • Support branding and advertising efforts for both customers and Graphix.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, signage, print, apparel decoration, or a related industry preferred.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Previous leadership, project management, or sales experience is highly desirable.
